"Police on Wednesday charged Derek A, Williams, 21, of 403 W. Beard Ave., with the same crimes. In papers submitted to the court during Williams' arraignment, Williams admitted arranging to buy marijuana from Hunter at the Middle East Market on Sunday. He then arranged for an accomplice to rob Hunter, the papers said. That accomplice killed Hunter, 27, after a fight, the papers said."
That sort of makes remarks in the earlier story seem deceitful.
