Andrew Duke Lewis, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at Wesley Manor. He was 77. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joyce Whiting officiating and Robert Byrd directing.
