Pastor Hardy Graves

Pastor Graves passed away Friday, August 5, 2011 at his residence. Funeral services will be held August 11, 2011 at 1:00 PM from Salem Macon Baptist Church, 4647 Tallapoosa St., Notasulga, Alabama with Rev. Mark Lee, officiating. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens, Notasulga, AL with Ross- Clayton Funeral Home, Inc., directing.

He was a beloved husband and a devoted Pastor.

A family hour will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at the home of Rev. and Mrs. Graves in Notasulga, AL from 4-6 PM.

He will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the funeral home.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 49 years, Mariah Grimmett Graves; one brother, John Robert (Essie Bee) Graves of Columbus, Georgia; two brother-in- laws, Walters (Clara) Grimmett, Preston (Isabell) Grimmett, both of Tuskegee, Alabama; two sister-in-laws, Minnie Carter and Erlene Thompson both of Notasulga, Alabama and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
