DURRELL Funeral service for Ms. Iris Durrell, 51, of Auburn will be
held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Ebenezer C.M.E. Church with
interment in the Pine Level Cemetery. Rev. Larry Threat will officiate.
Ms. Durrell passed Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at the East Alabama
Medical Center. She was a member of Ebenezer C.M.E. Church. Survivors:
two children, Starskay (Elaine) Durrell, Rome, GA and Anita Durrell,
Auburn; seven grandchildren, Lanija Durrell, LaDericus Patrick, Lakaja
Durrell, Stardasia Durrell, Jadan Durrell, Princess Durrell and Nevah
Durrell; two brothers, Willie (Patricia) Ramsey and Ricky Jones both of
Auburn; four aunts, Mary Oliver of Atlanta, GA, Mae Dell Anderson of
Liberty, SC, Lillian Jefferson of Waterbury, CT and Lorene Buchannon of
Auburn; one great aunt, Ardell Willis of Loachapoka; an uncle,
Vanderbilt Hart of Dayton, OH; a special son, Orus Driver of Sylacauga,
AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
