Snipes, Mr. Samuel, a resident of Montgomery, AL passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 12:00 PM from Weeping Willow Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Leon F. Ross, Sr., officiating. Interment will follow in Hickory Chapel Cemetery, Ramer, AL. He leaves to cherish his loving memory three children: son, Cedric (Linda) Armstrong, Rock Hill, SC; daughters, Teneshia (Augustus) Snipes Stonewall and Jon Dellana Snipes; four grandchildren, Ashleigh Armstrong, Courtney Stonewall, Cedric (CJ) Armstrong, Jr., Lorenz Stonewall and two great granddaughters, Phoenix Phrophete and Christine Armstrong; brothers, John Snipes, Chicago, IL, David (Janice) Snipes, Montgomery, AL and Emmanuel Snipes, Syracuse, NY; four sisters, Cora Sanders, Frazie Hamilton, Mary Snipes Griffin, all of Montgomery, AL and Brenda Snipes, Syracuse, NY; two dearly devoted in-laws, Theressa Jenkins Pryor and Willena Jenkins Coleman and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
