2009 - Harry Black sentenced in plea deal
Harry Black sentenced in plea deal: Dr. Harry Black, the Syracuse doctor, who previously pled guilty to charges of conspiring to distribute and possess prescription drugs and acquiring or obtaining possession of these drugs by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception and subterfuge, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Binghamton.
