The funeral service for Tony Graham, 47, of Salem, Alabama will be at 1:00 p.m. (CST), Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Mountain Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Salem, AL, with interment in Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Rev. Arthur Thomas, Presiding Minister and Rev. George Rampey, Pastor & Eulogist. Mr. Graham, who passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL, was born September 20, 1966 in Lee County, Alabama. Tony was a faithful member of Mountain Springs Missionary Baptist Church where his dedication and love for God prompted him to be active in several ministries. He was part of the Crusaders Ministry, sang with the Youth and Young Adult Choir; Superintendent of Sunday School; served on the Finance Committee; Assistant Chair and Chairman of Deacon Board. He graduated from Smith Station High School Class of 1984 and Opelika Technical College receiving a Diploma in Automotive Mechanics. Tony worked as a mechanic at Dyas Nissan, Franklin Tire and Bence and Harley Motors until April of 2009. Public viewing for Mr. Graham will be Friday, October 25, 2013, from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. He will lie in repose one hour at the church prior to the service. Survivors include: wife, Belinda Ann Graham; daughter, Eboni Latoria Threatt of Montgomery, AL; mother, Willie Mae "Wig" (Robert) Brown, Jr. of Opelika, AL; two brothers, Rev. Rodney (Barbara) Thomas, Sr. of Salem, AL and Robert "Cody" Brown of Opelika, AL; two sisters, Lenika (Jeffery) Hector of Athens, GA and Bridget (Charles) Heard of Buffalo, NY; two sisters-in-law, Carol (Boris) Hutchinson and Margaret Holley of Opelika, AL; a brother-in-law, Douglas Holley of Opelika, AL; eight aunts, Thelma Thomas of Phenix City, AL, Sarah Thomas, Annie Mae Graham, Helen (Issac) Thomas of Salem, AL, Brenda Graham of Opelika, AL, Barbara Graham of Jonesboro, GA, Selena Holiday of Victorville, CA and Juanita (Solomon) Martin of Compton, CA; six uncles, Otis Graham, Jr. of Salem, AL, Raymond Graham of Opelika, AL, David (Georgia) Heard of Smiths, AL, Willie Allen Thomas of Detroit, MI, Issac Thomas of Salem, AL and Solomon Martin of Compton, CA; three great aunts, Catherine Graham of Birmingham, AL, Mattie Pearl Graham of Phenix City, AL and Mable Thomas of Salem, AL; devoted friends, Alton Luke of Salem, AL and Jerome "JJ" Johnson of Opelika, AL; several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
