Anne Louise "Mama Tee" Stultz, 75, of Syracuse, departed this life Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Van Duyn Home and Hospital. She was born in 1938 in Augusta, GA and has been a resident of Syracuse since 1956. Anne has been a longtime member of Apostolic COJC. She was a devoted mother to James "Tee" Austin and a loving a caring woman to many. She was predeceased by her parents, Rosetta Holmes and William Blakely and her foster father, Bishop Robert W. Jones.
She is survived by her devoted son, James "Tee" Austin (Priscilla); one brother, Roosevelt Seals Mary of Detroit, MI; four grandchildren, Octavius, Victoria, Javiel, Jael; her foster family, foster mother, Marjorie Jones; foster sisters and brothers, Christian Patrick of London, England; Bishop Noel, Beverly Grace, District Elder G. Maxwell (Daphane), Pamela, Janet (Basil) and Randy (Lilu) and a host of loving nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Calling hours will be Saturday 10 a.m. to noon at Apostolic COJC, 347 Cortland Ave., with funeral services to follow at noon. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.

Anne had a Covair at one point. She probably got it used, and was most likely the first car she ever owned. It proved more trouble than it was worth and Anne happily reverted to pedestrian locomotion. Whenever I see a restored Covair, especially if it's blue, I think of Anne.
