Syracuse police search for prostitute and stolen car

"Randolph Whittaker, 47, of 26 Stone Court, told officers he had picked up the prostitute around 6:30 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Catherine and East Willow streets. They returned to his house to get more money to pay for the hotel.

Whittaker told police he ran inside and left the prostitute in the 2007 Jeep Liberty with the engine running. He returned a few minutes later to find both the vehicle and the prostitute gone....."
