"Chile's newly sworn-in president has vowed to help rebuild the earthquake devastated country.
"We are going, all together, to rebuild Chile, stone by stone, brick by brick, and we aren't just going to build it - we are going to build it back better than before," Sebastian Pinera said on Thursday, just hours after strong aftershocks rocked his inauguration ceremony."
