Organizers at the University of Ottawa canceled a speech by conservative commentator Ann Coulter due to fears of a riot after about 2,000 students gathered to protest her appearance.
The students were protesting remarks Coulter has made about Muslims. First, she told a gathering that Muslims shouldn't be allowed on airplanes, and should take "flying carpets" instead. On Monday in London, when a 17-year-old Muslim student told Coulter she didn't have a flying carpet, Coulter told her to "take a camel."
